Start at a Farmer’s Market to learn about exotic tropical fruits and vegetables while you interact with people as they shop fresh products.
Drive to Liberia Central Park, hospital, churches, schools, universities and stop at historical streets and buildings to learn about local history.
Stop for lunch and taste Costa Rican beef or chicken Casado (traditional dish) with rice, corn tortillas, beans and fresh vegetables, Mahi-Mahi fish or BBQ pork ribs.
Visit Art Shops to admire what local artists splendidly elaborate such as; beautiful jewelry, hammocks, indigenous ceramics and carved wood works. Great opportunity for shopping Costa Rican handicrafts.
